What you’ll do
As our HR Business Partner, you will:
- Facilitate and execute the People & Culture annual wheel and key processes, such as performance reviews, promotions, bonus, salary review
- Participate in Valcon Group P&C related development projects and the following implementation into the Valcon Nordics organisation
- Provide leadership support and sparring to partners, capability team leaders and mentors across the organisation
- Sparring and coaching of employees
- Contribute to ED&I and Learning & Development initiatives
- Management of employee matters, such as changes of mentors, mobility cases, sick leave, performance issues, terminations, safe work environment cases, or conflict resolution
- Facilitate onboarding days
- Communicate to the organisation regarding P&C related topics

- A relevant Master’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Flair for facilitating processes, being proactive, driven, and possessing a can-do attitude
- Recognized for strong people skills and navigates organisations with ease
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with employees and leaders at all levels
- Understanding of employment law and work in accordance with HR best practices
