What you’ll do
As an HR Administrator, you will:
- Manage payroll administration, including reporting payroll information to Visma, handling salary changes and bonus payouts, and reporting changes in pension to our provider Danica
- Oversee leave and absence management, including recording holiday days and sickness, and handling parental leave and sick leave
- Maintain HR documentation by updating employee master data in systems, updating employee files, archiving HR documents
- Facilitate onboarding and deboarding processes by updating employees in relevant systems and ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders and new/exiting employees
- Manage documents related to personnel matters, including managing sick leave, terminations, and other personnel matters in collaboration with the P&C team
What we’re looking for and most-haves
To thrive in this role you should say yes to:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within HR administration
- Familiarity with HR systems and payroll processes
- Understanding of employment law and HR best practices within HR administration
- Well organised, structured and detail oriented
- Proficient in Danish and English
- A positive mindset and great team member that enjoys working with close colleagues and collaborating with the entire organisation
Skills we value but are not a requirement
- Experience with mobility, such as assisting in applying for work and residence permissions and assisting in applying for tax schemes are advantages but not requirements
- Experience with recruitment processes, including assisting in job postings, screening applications, and drafting employment contracts are advantages but not requirements
