Key Responsibilities
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure the successful adoption of SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA and related modules.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on change initiatives and minimizing resistance.
- Communication & Training: Design and deliver clear communication plans and training programs to prepare end-users for SAP implementations and transformations.
- Impact Assessments: Conduct change impact analyses to identify risks and dependencies, recommending mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with functional and technical teams to streamline business processes and align them with SAP solutions.
- Readiness Assessments: Evaluate organizational readiness for change and provide actionable insights to drive project success.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support post-implementation, ensuring long-term adoption and success of SAP systems.
