What you’ll do
As a Senior Appian Consultant, you will:
- Combine the roles of consultant and application developer
- Facilitate workshops to identify the requirements of the client
- Use your technical expertise and platform knowledge to translate client business requirements into high-quality IT solutions including business applications and workflow systems
- Continue to specialize in the technology and applications of the Appian platform
- Assist in pre-sales activities
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
What we’re looking for and technical most-haves
We want someone who is not only skilled but also committed to personal and professional growth. To thrive in this role you should say yes to:
- A candidate with a master’s degree and 5 -10 years of relevant work experience – preferably as a Appian BPM consultant or similar BPM Platform (i.e. PEGA, IBM, Oracle, etc.)
- A candidate with in-depth knowledge of public administration, standards, compliance and integration with legacy systems
- Experience with designing, developing, and testing innovative Appian solutions as a certified developer.
- Comfortable coordinating with clients and end-users on specifications, design and final product
- Experienced in a leading role in workshops, Proof of Concepts, innovative development projects or DevOps teams.
- Excellent training and coaching of business consultants and junior developers in working with and applying the Appian Platform
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
- You will use your technical expertise, platform knowledge and development experience in a multidisciplinary project or DevOps team. Your role will involve implementing and managing high-quality IT solutions, including business applications and workflow systems
- You will specialize in the technology and applications of the Appian platform, as well as being the technical lead in presales and delivery projects
- End-to-end responsibility and lead developer for the design, development and testing of innovative Appian solutions in an agile way
- Contributing to the expansion of our Appian capability by participating in knowledge sharing
