What do you think is the most interesting dilemma on the business agenda right now?
How to get our heads around data and make sure we get value from it – whether it is for new business opportunities/models, improving efficiency or for increasing transparency in decision-making.

What does The HOW mean to you?
To have an implementation mindset and to insist on value creation. To be holistic in problem-solving and ensuring it will work in the end. To make sure all elements fit together, including the people who are fundamental in ‘making it stick’.  And to stay until it works – work harder if needed.

I’m really inspired when I hear clients or colleagues who have a vision, set a direction and pursue it relentlessly.

To me, Valcon means:
That’s easy – living the values: Joy, Integrity, Competence and Performance.  And always keeping the individual in mind.
