What do you think is the most interesting dilemma on the business agenda right now?
In my view, the most interesting and relevant dilemma is how manufacturing companies can live up to the insistent demand for products of increasingly high quality at still lower costs.
The best advice someone ever gave to you?
Someone important once told me to never compromise on the things that offer you quality in life, be it at work or in your private life. Do what makes you happy in the long run.
What does the HOW mean to you?
The HOW means two things to me. First, that we are able to engage with everyone in the organisation from the CEO to the operator on the shop floor. Secondly, that we know what it takes to see results realised and that we stay until they are felt throughout the organisation.
I become inspired by hearing someone present a truly simple solution to a complex problem. I am impressed when someone is able to cut through the complexity and offer something easy.
