What do you think is the most interesting dilemma on the business agenda right now?
In my opinion, the most interesting dilemma is how to combine growth, customer loyalty and productivity development.
I’m really inspired when I hear Rickard Gustafson talk about the challenges and ambitions, which SAS are experiencing or facing, and also about what SAS has achieved.
