Martin has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant and project manager in administration, support functions and service products. He works with strategy implementation, operations management and leader development to create significant improvements in quality and costs – in short intensive projects as well as long-term programs in private and public companies. Martin’s greatest strength is his ability to mobilise all levels of the organisation towards common goals and direction.

What do you think is the most interesting dilemma on the business agenda right now?
I see many leaders struggle to maintain stable, robust and effective production while adapting to fast changing customer needs and implementing new digital technologies that change or even disrupt current products, processes, competences and organisational roles – this calls for strong capabilities within operations, innovation and tech and changes fundamentally the requirements and roles of leaders these years.

The best advice someone ever gave to you?
“Go Slow to go Fast” – this is what creates the true footprints of this world.
