Mads has several years of experience as a management consultant and also has experience at the CXO level from the other side of the table. Here, he has been pivotal in designing, implementing and managing solutions that enable companies to grow in stagnated markets, often with fierce competition. As a management consultant, Mads is an expert in advising top management, and he has been responsible for deploying solutions ranging from a strategic market perspective to a process perspective, entailing potential organisational redesign, new segment focus, supply chain management, sales staff redesign, etc. He is also actively engaged in advising clients on M&A decisions.

Understanding the future needs of customers and establishing a profitable business model to this end, including the right balance of digital and physical presence.

Always look at problems from 30,000 feet to begin with – and then focus on what you see first, because you only see the high-impact challenges from that altitude.
