What do you think is the most interesting dilemma on the business agenda right now? I find it very interesting to see how different companies are managing the balance between the short-term efforts required to meet the quarterly expectations from the stock market and the long-term efforts that can really make a difference and drive the company into a new, more profitable and sustainable future. I admire leaders who dare to put the long-term agenda before the short-term quick fixes.
