Valcon’s approach to change management enables a continuous improvement culture through self-sustaining competence and behaviour development
True change must take place from within, which is why we enable organisations to lead the change themselves by working with both competence and behavioural development. Our focus is on the management team, who must act as role models for the rest of the organisation for the changes to become integrated in the company’s DNA. We cooperate closely with our clients on embedding processes through coaching and 1:1 sessions as we recognise that behavioural change is key to sustaining the new processes and competences in the future.
