(Senior) Manager IT Advisory

We help CIOs, CTOs and IT managers with strategic, tactical and operational questions in their IT landscape. Our projects cover topics such as IT Strategy, IT Governance, IT Target Operating Models, managing IT platform selections, creating a target application architecture or application rationalizations. As architects, we also ensure that IT is wholistically considered during transformation programs.

We also help COOs, CFOs, CDOs and CIOs with strategic and tactical questions about their data, together with our Data colleagues. Our projects cover topics such as defining a data strategy, defining and implementing data governance or defining and implementing a data operating model.

What are you going to do?

As (Senior) Manager IT Advisory, you support our clients in getting more value from IT and data. You have an active role in the acquisition of new projects. You take responsibility for the quality of our work, you organize, lead and monitor projects. You contribute to the development of Valcon, with an emphasis on the IT Advisory Capability.


  • A leading functional role in projects concerning the definition and implementation of IT Strategy, IT Governance and/or (Agile) IT Target Operating Models.
  • Acting as architect, for an organization/domain or in transformation programs.
  • Defining data strategies and overseeing their implementation.
  • Acting as the operational leader of a project team (or several ones).
  • Managing and guiding consultants during projects and in their personal development.
  • Building and maintaining a relevant network with current and new customers.
  • Building and promoting ‘Valcon’; focus on expanding the IT Advisory Capability.

  • A completed Master’s degree.
  • At least four years of relevant working experience in IT and/or data (industry or consulting).
  • At least one year of experience as the responsible manager in a project environment.
  • Real team-player with excellent communication, conceptual & analytical skills.
  • Stakeholder and change management skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
