  • Engaging with clients at every level of the business, from C Suite execs through to client facing
  • Defining and delivering strategic outcomes to the programme you are assigned to      
  • Assessing and classifying business change to determine the right change strategy and approach    
  • Ensuring that the appropriate change management tools and methods are being applied
  • Providing coaching and advice on change management
  • Inspiring, coaching, and motivating all members of the project team
  • Contributing to business development, solution development, and the creation of proposals and associated marketing to support client and prospective client requirements
  • Contributing to the creation of collateral, the development of services, and associated marketing to enhance the capabilities of the Consulting Practice. 
  • Taking an active role in networking, events, and the personal and professional development opportunities.

Experience

  • Proven experience of change management backed up by professional qualifications
  • Experience of change programmes which have a substantive impact on individuals
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on critical and complex challenges
  • Confident to challenge current practices and be able to influence effectively at different organisational levels
  • Experience in leading and developing high performing teams
  • A commitment to continue to develop both personally and professionally
