- Engaging with clients at every level of the business, from C Suite execs through to client facing
- Defining and delivering strategic outcomes to the programme you are assigned to
- Assessing and classifying business change to determine the right change strategy and approach
- Ensuring that the appropriate change management tools and methods are being applied
- Providing coaching and advice on change management
- Inspiring, coaching, and motivating all members of the project team
- Contributing to business development, solution development, and the creation of proposals and associated marketing to support client and prospective client requirements
- Contributing to the creation of collateral, the development of services, and associated marketing to enhance the capabilities of the Consulting Practice.
