SITUATION
Due to rapid growth and extensive acquisition activities, Alvogen needed to create transparency in performance metrics and key processesĀ in order to make the business more robust and to improve profitability while allowing for continued aggressive growth.

RESULTS
In order for Alvogen to continue the aggressive growth strategy, it was critical to establish a strategic and tactical execution framework which aligned focus areas, action plans and KPIs for eight EVP areas. To create a robust business, Valcon mapped key top-level processes in Alvogen to enable process auditing, organisational learning and implementation of best practices throughout the organisation.
