Situation
The health organisation’s internal Corona department used the HPZone system to map infectious diseases. Unfortunately, this system is not suited for handling the number of cases in a large epidemic. To get better insights, statistics must be exported more often which leads to scaling up the number of reports generated in HPZone.
Approach
We chose a solution with UiPath, in which a single unattended robot is built and controlled by an Orchestrator. A schedule ensures that the robot runs the required processes multiple times in a day. The robot will log in on a web app with 2FA, start a query and download the results.
Results
The robot realises the delivery of statistics relevant to the Covid-19 situation with higher frequency and consistency. This saved valuable time that employees can now spend on key tasks.
