The business unit’s aim is to dominate the Dutch used car market. The total margin on used cars aimed for must be achieved through a volume strategy. The challenge lies in establishing a future-proof organisation, including the associated processes and systems, to handle these numbers in a more efficient way than the current situation.


Structure was created by cutting up the process in smaller blocks which are then used to determine an individual goal and process wish. Per block, a manual (why are we doing this and how are we doing this) and a checklist (what are we doing) was created.


As a result of the project, the client now has a handbook, checklist(s), guidance and launch for the relevant colleagues/roles as well as implemented, future-proof process and organisation in accordance with the why’s, how’s and what’s.
