The technical side of the problem showed fragmented and siloed systems data landscape, inconsistent data quality and unclear ownership, and integration complexity.
Valcon created a multi-domain MDM strategy and roadmap. This defined a new data governance structure and processes, standardised data management processes, a data model aligned across business units as well as an organisational rollout plan. The solution was implemented for all stakeholders.
