The Role

Valcon UK are looking to recruit an experienced, self-motivated, highly logical and intellectually curious Senior Power Apps Developer to join and help drive forwards our expanding Power Apps and low code capability in the UK.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Enhancing and developing the Power Apps capability within Valcon UK.

• Coordinating with our clients and end users, gathering requirements, creating specifications, designs and final products.

• Training and coaching of Business Consultants and junior Developers in working with and applying Power Apps for the benefit of our clients.

• End to end responsibility and lead developer for the design, development and testing of innovative Power Apps solutions, delivered in an agile way.

• Taking a leading role in creating Proof of Concepts, innovative development projects or DevOps teams.

Experience

At least 5 years of working experience as a specialist/application developer with Power Apps and/or other low code applications.
A real team-player with excellent communication & analytical skills
Certification in and/or hands-on experience of one or more of the listed platforms or technologies.
Experience with one or more of the following methodologies is an advantage: Model-driven software engineering, Rapid Application Development, Agile/scrum or DevOps, Application, information or integration architecture
Desirable - Bachelor’s degree areas such as: Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Economics or Mathematics.
