As a Managing Consultant at the Predictive Analytics department you fulfil a crucial role in the further development of the team, the propositions and customer portfolio. You support the Business Unit Manager in creating an inspiring working environment and you develop external opportunities in which the knowledge and skills of the team can be applied. With customers you are the connection between the customer, all its stakeholders and the delivery team. You supervise a team of professionals and ensure that the added value for the customer is delivered and guaranteed.


  • Business development by bringing in new projects from existing and/or new customers.
  • Drafting customer proposals and leading (large) sales processes.
  • Leading teams of Data Science (senior) consultants and specialists on larger and/or strategic projects.
  • Coaching and guiding consultants and specialists and contributing to the overall team spirit.
  • Developing new propositions based on market opportunities in combination with the available knowledge and expertise in the team.

  • A completed quantitative Master’s degree – such as Computer Science, AI, (Applied) Mathematics, Econometrics, etc.
  • At least 5 years of work experience within Consulting (Big4 is a plus).
  • Strong in developing new propositions and independently executing sales processes.
  • Experienced in managing (complex) stakeholder landscapes.
  • Above average analytical and communicative skills, able to make contact easily.
  • Mastery of at least one programming language.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
